ARDELL - ARDELL DUO BROW BRUSH:

Instructions:

1. Brush brow hairs upward with the spoolie end of the brush.

2. Apply a tiny amount of product to the bottom and top of your brows using the angled tip brush.

3. Fill in the brows lightly. Maintain the outline and add to it as needed.

4. Blend and draw color through with the spoolie, filling in any gaps.
