The brushless Ferrari engine in the professional clipper produces more torque and is more durable than a conventional pivot motor. Furthermore, for speed and precision, the clipper produces a 5-detent taper power. The lithium battery in the FX870S allows for up to 2 hours of cordless use. The clipper has an all-metal housing and a knurled barbell handle. There are eight comms in the clipper.
